An NFT (stands for “non-fungible token”) is a unique digital asset such as an image or an animation stored on a blockchain. Cosmic Jet NFTs act as counterparts for real-life items of luxury and serve as a secure record of ownership rights. So if you own an NFT from our platform, you also own the real-life item this NFT represents.
On Cosmic Jet, do I purchase an NFT or a gem? Do I buy them separately?
The unique proposition of our platform is that your purchase a gem-NFT pair: you will receive both the authentic, real-life, physical gem and its digital counterpart in an NFT format. The gem can be securely delivered to any place around the world while the NFT will be available to you on Cosmic Jet.
What crypto wallet can I use with Cosmic Jet?
Currently, we are supporting MetaMask for transactions and authentication on Cosmic Jet. In the future, we plan on adding support for more crypto wallet providers, so stay tuned.
Is it safe to connect my wallet to Cosmic Jet?
Definitely! We value the safety of your assets and the transparency of your interaction with our platform. When you connect your wallet to Cosmic Jet, you give us permission to only view your wallet address. That means, we cannot do any transactions on your behalf or access your funds.Here are some rules of thumb to keep your crypto wallet safe:

Do not share your wallet access data with anyone, especially through online communication.
2.
Make sure you store your access data in a verified digital vault or even in a physical medium.
3.
Connect your wallet only to platforms you trust.
4.
Verify and double check details of every transaction you initiate.
How do I create a Cosmic Jet account?

Click “Connect wallet” in the upper right corner of your screen.

Sign in with MetaMask.
3.
Click the “Connect” button.
4.
Verify that you agree with the Cosmic Jet Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by clicking “Accept and sign”.

Success! Your account was successfully created.
Where can I find my NFT once I’ve purchased it?
First of all, congratulations on your purchase!Now, our manager will get in touch with you in the next 3 days to specify delivery details or discuss depositing your gem in the Cosmic Jet vault. Also, you can pick up your gem at the Gemstock office in Bangkok, Thailand.
Our staff will be happy to help you with any questions you might have regarding the transportation of your order, including declaration and customs.As for your NFT, you will find it in your account right away.

Where do you source your gems?
We partner with Gemstock, an international network of companies providing added-value services that support the development of fair, transparent, efficient, and competitive colored gemstone market. Gemstock was founded in 2014, with its head office located in Bangkok, Thailand. All gems for sale are ethically sourced and traceable. You can learn more about gem sourcing here.
How can you prove authenticity of your gems?
Each gem comes with an international authenticity passport issued by gemological laboratories such as GRS, GFCO, Bellerophon, and others. Your gem order will be supplemented with a physical version of the passport, and your NFT will contain its digital version.
Can I keep my item with you rather than request delivery?
Yes. We provide a complimentary free month of storing your gem in the Cosmic Jet vault. After free storage expires, tariffs apply.
